In his work he combines a variety of therapeutic approaches (Schema Therapy, Psycho-dynamic, Humanistic/Positive Psychology, Gestalt, Attachment Theory) depending on the client’s needs and at what stage of the therapeutic process they are at. To broaden his vision and develop his skills as a therapist he has studied the complimentary disciplines of NLP, Life Coaching and Mindfulness.
